On-court coaching
Local on-court programming is based in the Bay Area's South Bay. The System is included with paid on-court coaching. Exact court, any additional court or travel charges, equipment and availability are confirmed before you commit.
Clinic and Youth Academy interest lists are not enrollment. Clinics require at least four players. Youth age groups, dates, courts, staffing, supervision and parent arrangements are confirmed before enrollment.
Immersions, teams and partnerships
Pickleball Forever Immersions is a two-day, skill-matched coaching experience available now for players, private groups and host clubs. Contact MO with your location and preferred dates. Venues, coaches, group sizes, prices and dates are agreed before your booking is finalized.
Show-Up Showdown is a four-week corporate program with one coached session per organization each week, followed by a shared finale for two organizations. Corporate events, host-club Immersions, recurring club programs, and media partnerships are priced by proposal. Scope, staffing, court access, equipment, hospitality, optional branded gear, payment and cancellation terms are agreed before a booking is accepted.
Media production and public coverage are optional. Individual consent and organization approval are separate requirements. Deliverables, filming permissions, usage rights and any sponsorship disclosures are agreed before capture or publication. No specific partner, sponsor or professional coach is committed by this website.
Recovery Services
Guided Cold Plunge & Mindful Breathing is $39.99 for a standalone session or $25 after a paid lesson with MO. The lesson is priced separately. Location, full session length, suitability, availability and booking terms are confirmed before payment. An inquiry is not a reservation.
Cold-water immersion may reduce post-exercise muscle soreness and improve perceived recovery for some people. Evidence varies by exercise, protocol and outcome; it does not establish guaranteed improvements in pickleball performance. Gentle breathing and focused attention are relaxation practices. This service is a wellness experience, not medical treatment.
Before your session
Cold immersion can cause a sudden rise in breathing, heart rate and blood pressure. Seek medical guidance before participating, particularly if you have heart, circulation or blood-pressure problems, a serious health condition, or are pregnant. Suitability must be discussed before a session is confirmed. Please do not send medical details through this website.
Breathing should remain gentle and unforced. Do not hyperventilate or hold your breath in or near water. Keep your head above water, follow the session guidance and stop if you feel unwell. This is not an endurance challenge.

Digital product and review scope
The System is a 76-page PDF with an eight-page printable Court Companion containing selected tools from the book, not eight additional pages of unique instruction. The $39 offer is a one-time digital purchase, not a physical product.
The $49 written review covers up to 20 minutes of footage and includes timestamped observations, three priorities and recommended drills. The $99 total package adds a 30-minute call, not the System. The $79 bundle includes both PDFs and the written review; no call. Purchased separately those cost $88, so the bundle saves $9.

Changes to a session
Weather, court changes, cancellation, rescheduling and payment timing are discussed before a booking is confirmed. Contact MO directly if your plans change. No cancellation fee or refund guarantee is established by this inquiry page.
